The Facebook
The Children’s Ministries Agency is excited to announce the launch of its new Facebook page!
As the web plan for the CMA continues to unfold, another intentional step has been taken connecting children’s leaders to the national offices Springfield, MO. Designed with networking in mind, the CMA entered into the Facebook world with a desire to utilize the popular social networking tool.
“Why re-create the wheel? Facebook is a great tool for staying in touch with people and discovering what is going on in their lives” said the CMA’s Finance and Projects coordinator Christopher Strok. “I’ve been on Facebook since it came out while I was in college and it has allowed me the unique opportunity to stay connected with friends, co-workers and people I would have otherwise lost contact with.”
With videos messages and pictures from ministry events, as well as notes and other important information, the CMA Facebook page is a place you can go to find out all of the information you need to know about what’s going on in the Children’s Ministries Agency!
“I think the potential that exists when we collectively join together to share our experiences, both positive and negative, is phenomenal. We’re living in a day-in-age where information constantly available and to ignore this reality, and the potential to sharpen each other that comes with it, seems ludicrous!” Strok continued.
To find out more information about the social networking tool “The Facebook” or to connect with the CMA online, visit www.thefacebook.com and register for a free online account. Search for the CMA by entering National Director Jason Noble’s name into the search engine and send a friend request! We look forward to seeing you online!
