Custom Conference Schedules!
In an online world, the need for 24/7 accessibility to vital information is imperative. The ability to access information in today’s culture is as equally important as the information itself. With the deadline for the 2008 National Children’s Ministries Leadership Conference quickly approaching, the push to provide easy, reliable conference information to NCMLC attendees is, as it has always been, a top priority for the CMA team.
“We want to provide all of our attendees with information ahead of time to empower them to prepare ahead of time for the revolution God is going to do in and through them once they arrive in North Little Rock this April.” NCMLC coordinator Christopher Strok said. “It is the desire of our entire team to provide an easy and seamless conference experience for everyone; start to finish.”
With web updates on speakers, workshops, conference sessions (general & mini-main), and speaker biographies the 2008 NCMLC website is a strong pre-conference resource for all of the NCMLC attendees.
“We wanted to be give something to our attendees before they arrived,” Strok said “something tangible they could see and relate to; that’s the idea behind the conference website. We wanted to make them feel like they are a part of the family – because they are!”
With a customizable conference schedule which will soon be available NCMLC attendees will be able to log on to the conference website to pick classes, workshops, and mini-main sessions creating a schedule unique to their children’s ministries needs. They will also be able to print off this schedule to bring with them to the event! This feature will also be useful for leaders bringing their ministry teams with them.
With the ability to design and create a schedule conference attendees and leaders will be able to create the schedule that will best fit their own needs AND the needs of their team.
